Delivery & Return Information

All items are made to order.

Processing

All Snuggle beds have a current lead time of up to 2 - 10 working days. (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holiday's). 

All Bolster beds current lead time is 1-2 weeks.

Dog Collars have a lead time of 2-5 working days.

'Ready For Dispatch' items will be dispatched the next working day.

An email with the tracking information will be sent out for you to track your order once despatched.


Delivery Information

  • UK - FREE Delivery.
  • Orders outside of the UK will be shown shipping prices at checkout.
If you cannot see your country or any issues with checkout, please feel free to send me a message so I can look into this for you.
  • All Dog Beds, Snuggle Bed, Dog Caves, Dog Beanbags are shipped via DPD Next Day service and will be fully tracked.

Any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact me straight away so I can resolve the issue as soon as possible for you. 

** PLEASE NOTE: Any of the following areas may incur additional fees for shipping: Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle Of Man, Isle of Wight - Please send me an email for any more information. Returns policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@hersewcrafts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised Items are non-refundable.
